How will I know my application was received?

Once you’ve completed your application form online, you’ll receive an automated email acknowledgement.  If you do not receive a notification right away, please check your spam/junk folder.

How do I retrieve a forgotten password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on ‘View Profile,’ then choose the ‘Forgot your password?’ option. Submit your email address and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. 

I’m having technical issues applying online. What should I do?

I’ve applied, now what?

Thanks for applying! We aim to notify our candidates within 2 weeks of application submission via email or phone. Candidates can also check their application status online by going to the Talent Community Portal . Once you’ve logged into your candidate profile, you’ll be able to view your current applications. If you have any questions regarding application status, email careers@redbox.com.
